Our Quality Management System provides a framework where everyone at GearTec can meet or exceed customer requirements and create a high level of customer satisfaction while continually improving the system and lowering real costs.
The Quality Management System is currently based on the principles of Total Quality Management and ISO 9001:2000. We are working towards ISO 9001:2008
We currently employ a system of upper level quality procedures, work instructions, quality records and quality metrics to ensure customer requirements are met and to monitor the overall suitability and effectiveness of our system.
